Your team and Clarity’s AI work from the same source. Soon your own agents too, via API and MCP. ## Who it is for - **Communications & PR**: Respond to the news before it reaches you. Every morning the briefing brings you the topics that affect you. One click turns any item into a statement, checked against your evidence. - **Social**: Know what lands, and respond faster. Clarity listens to what people say about your topics, writes posts in your brand’s tone, schedules them and shows what works. - **Brand & Design**: One brand that looks and sounds the same everywhere. Identity, design tokens, components and tone of voice live in the Brand Library. Clarity checks drafts from your team and agencies against it. - **Development**: Your brand, right in the code. Coming soon: copy, rules and evidence reach your code editor and your own AI tools via API and MCP. When the brand changes, the code follows. - **Agencies**: Every client brand with its own core. Each client gets its own workspace with its own Brand Library, Memory and permissions. Your team switches with one click. ## Data protection and hosting - **No training on your data**: Your texts and documents do not train any model. Export and deletion are built in. - **Data in Frankfurt**: Your data is stored in EU data centres in Frankfurt. All model calls run through AWS Bedrock in EU regions. - **Mistral (Paris) as an option**: On request, inference runs entirely through a European provider. - **Separated at database level**: Each organisation is isolated with row level security and tested regularly. Processing is subject to the GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. ## Pricing Pricing is available on request. For organisations with their own team for communications, brand or public affairs: brands, companies, associations, foundations, parties and NGOs. And for agencies working for several clients. If you mainly want to schedule lots of social posts, other tools fit better. ### How much work is the start for our team? One working session of two to three hours. You bring documents, guidelines and examples, and we set up your Brand Library and knowledge base. From day one your team works with its own material. ### How does early access work? You sign up, we get in touch personally and use a first conversation to understand what you want to use Clarity for. We open access step by step, together with a kick-off workshop. ### Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude? Clarity uses the same models as Claude, run in EU data centres. What you don’t get there: your Brand Library, a fact check against your sources, the score as a shared standard and a memory that grows with every text. ### What happens when Clarity doesn’t know something? Then it says so. Claims without evidence are flagged in the text. In document mode you see “not found” instead of a made-up answer. ### Where is our data stored? In EU data centres in Frankfurt. Database, application and model calls run in EU regions, web research through a provider in Paris. ### Is Clarity GDPR compliant? Is there a DPA? Your data stays in the EU, in Frankfurt. No. Clarity is an independent product by diesdas.digital GmbH and not affiliated with Microsoft. Microsoft Clarity is a web analytics tool. ### How long does it take to get started? You start with a working session, then we fill your Brand Library and knowledge base together. ### What does Clarity cost? Pricing is available on request. We charge per workspace, not per seat, so your whole team works at no extra cost. We will publish fixed plans once Clarity is in production. ### Can we take our data with us? Yes.
